How do I confirm my place?

Registrations will be processed on a first-come-first-served basis .

The course fee is as stated, and registration will only be confirmed after full payment.

What does the course fee cover?

The course fee covers attendance at the particular course on 2 days, lunch/refreshments during the course and any training material provided.

If you wish to attend the social/networking dinner this will be held at a suitable venue on the first evening.

You can express your interest to attend on the booking form and this is free to attend for course delegates.

You are welcome to bring a companion to the networking dinner, please notify us on the booking form as the venue will need to be informed in advance, this will incur an extra charge to be payable at the venue.

Please note the fee does not cover ‘accommodation’ that may be required for delegates.

How many delegates are on the course?

The number of delegates is limited to 20 for each teaching course and a maximum of 5 students per fresh cadaver head in order to ensure adequate practical learning.

Will teaching material be provided?

Yes this will be available on the day.

The teaching material provided is protected by copyright and should not be used in any other context than supportive teaching purposes, without prior written permission from the organisers.

The use of any recording or photography equipment is strictly forbidden during the teaching sessions and will be confiscated.

Will I get a certificate of attendance?

Delegates will be emailed a certificate of attendance following the course.

This is a CPD accredited course.

Can I cancel my place on the course and get a refund?

As the course is a cadaveric course this is non-refundable, this relates to issues regarding advance stock ordering.

Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.

What happens if the course is cancelled by the organisers?

The course team reserve the right to cancel an event due to low enrolment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If we cancel an event, registrants will be offered a full refund.

It should be noted that we will not be held liable for any costs/losses incurred as a result of any such changes.

We reserve the right to refuse enrolments and/or suggest alternative arrangements if we believe that it will not be in our best interests or other participants and/or the individual concerned to be enrolled on one of our courses.

What happens if the course is postponed?

A minimum of 10 delegates are required per teaching session in order for the classes to take place, if the number of delegates is less, the organiser will have the right to cancel or postpone the teaching by the latest of 2 weeks prior to the scheduled date.

In case of a postponement of an event, the organisers have the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at a new date.

It should be noted that we will not be held liable for any costs/losses incurred as a result of any such changes.

How will my data/personal details be handled?

The data required to process delegate registration details is treated in compliance with the applicable data protection terms and held in the strictest confidence by the organisers. Contact details maybe shared with sponsors of this training session. No data is released to any third party not directly involved in this training.
